Documents Clients Can Drop Off to Defense Advocates Clients can drop off the following types of printed documents to the public defender's office: 1. **Medical Records** – Any medical records related to your case.2. **Printouts of Text Messages or Emails** – Printed copies of any important messages related to your case.3. **Pictures** – Printed copies of any photos that can help with your case.4. **Witness Information** – Names, addresses, or phone numbers of people who saw what happened.5. **Evidence** – Any printed evidence that can support your case. **Important:** All documents must be printed out to drop off. This appointment is to review and sign your plea agreement. During this appointment, you will review the agreement, ask any questions, request edits, and sign the plea agreement in your case. You are not required to sign a plea agreement if you no longer want the offer made by the prosecutor.
